Bike Hire

We had a wonderful time cycling in Achill. Michael was extremely helpful getting us going and even collected the bikes for us. We had a great day and I would recommend Achill Bikes to anyone.

We had the most fantastic day out cycling on the bikes across Achill. We hired the E-bikes and I was nervous at first about using these but with a bit of guidance from Michael, (the owner) and a little trial run I was off in no time...it's the best way to get out and explore this beautiful part of Ireland.

It was a last minute decision to hire an electric bike from this place. I called in the morning and luckily able to book a bicycle. I later met Michael in Dooagh, and the hiring process was smooth and easy. Michael was even kindly enough to pick up the bicycle from my accommodation later in the evening, instead of having me cycling back to his place. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience getting to know the island riding bikes. Michael showed us different routes to take so we could visit the nicest parts of the island. I really recommend to ask for a bike and enjoy a day out of the big cities. Loved the dog by the way, best receptionist we ever had.

Hired electric bikes for the day from Michael, all bikes are fresh and great working condition, spent a lovely day touring Achill after been given advice and direction from Michael, we picked up the bikes in the morning and were under no pressure to have them back that evening which meant we got great value for our day. beautiful scenery, great day out, hope to get back and do it all again soon, Thanks again Michael for everything.

Had an amazing experience spending an afternoon biking Achill Island thanks to Michael and his wife! They went above and beyond to ensure I was able to see everything I wanted, that I was safe, and got where I needed to go post-adventure! Couldn't recommend them enough! Big thanks to both of them.
